In the State of Nebraska, civil defendants are notified by being served with a Complaint and some form of a Summons, which requires presentation of a defense in a court of law. This Complaint or Summons must be served to the defendant IN PERSON in many cases.

If the defendant is not served in person, a judge usually considers the Due Diligence of the plaintiff's attempts at notifying the defendant through the efforts of a process server. The judge will then decide if a default judgment will be entered against the defendant, or whether or not the plaintiff should continue attempts to notify them.

With the testimony of Arcane Investigations Private Detectives acting as process servers, it can be credibly illustrated the defendant was served--or that every effort was made to do so in the unlikely event the defendant was successfully evasive.
